Pink Zippers Zoanthids
One of the most eye catching pink zoanthids in the hobby. If you have an affinity for "metallic/sparkling" zoanthids, this is surely a must have piece for you. The pink and black give an incredible contrast and a metallic silver glitter adorns the entire face. Placed in high light, the pink becomes the more dominant coloration, with the trade off of the polyp become smaller and the black "shrinking" away. Under lower light, the black "exapands" back out as and allows the metallic silver glitters to have a darker background to shine. The polyp size will also become larger under lower light. Pink Zippers Zoanthids have become a classic morph, with photos of this gorgeous piece being circulated since 2007. A testament to its hardiness and beauty.

Care Level
Great beginner coral! Does not consume elements such as alkalinity, calcium, and magnesium readily. A great choice if you're looking to keep a low maintenance reef or are just getting into the hobby and haven't built a strong understanding of the hobby yet.
Growth Rate
A great grower!
Lighting Placement
Prefers to be kept in lower to medium light.
Flow Strength
We recommend starting smaller zoanthid frags in lower flow until it reaches a small colony size. Once established, increase the flow level to avoid any detritus building up in between the mat. If detritus builds up inside the matting of the zoanthid, it can cause bacterial issues.
